At Contact Cultures Properties, we don’t just invest in property, we invest in people, purpose, and the kind of legacy that outlives us.
This company began with a simple question I asked myself many years ago: What’s the point of building wealth if it doesn’t build something greater? Born in Lahore, raised in England, I grew up between cultures, faiths, and economic realities. That experience taught me two things early on, how to survive, and how to connect. Both matter. But the second is what makes life meaningful.
The name “Contact Cultures” isn’t just branding, it’s a belief. That wherever people come together with honesty, respect, and shared benefit, something powerful can grow. Whether it’s a business deal, a development site, or a conversation across a kitchen table, real success comes when we connect cultures, not just across nationalities, but between investor and tenant, faith and finance, profit and purpose.
Our property work spans BRR, serviced accommodation, HMOs, and commercial conversions. Yes, we run the numbers, secure the lending, and refurb the buildings. But underneath it all, we’re asking: Does this serve? Does it serve the community, the family who’ll live here, the investor trusting us with their capital, and the ethical code we live by?
I believe that wealth is a tool, not the goal. That transparency beats flash, and that legacy matters more than ego. That’s why we work within faith based principles, not because we want to exclude anyone, but because these principles, like honesty, fairness, and avoiding exploitation, are good for everyone.
Take Sunnydene, our guest house in Great Yarmouth. It’s not just rooms and revenue. It’s a place where families rest, where stories are shared, and soon, where causes like cancer research can find unexpected allies through our “Stay for a Cause” initiative.
At the heart of all this is my own family, my wife Susan, my children Becky and Adil, daughter in law Sarah and my grandchildren Ellis and Piper. Everything I build is with them, and for them. But also for the people who’ve never had someone in their corner. If Contact Cultures Properties can be that someone, through a home, a conversation, a fair deal, then we’re doing our job.
This is more than bricks. This is about building trust, building people, and building a path forward, one that future generations can walk with pride.
Welcome to Contact Cultures Properties.
